Pool 1 and pool 2 on the Mere Moor site are still very popular with very few people waling away unhappy! Plenty of fish are coming off both pools with pool 2 producing the bigger stamp of fish. If you are looking for a decent day ticket fishery to go and unwind at with good parking and plenty of fish then this is the one for you!

If you have any catches from mere moor then send them over to us sales@hfangling.co.uk

Winterley has still been fishing well as usual! Not many catch pics to be seen from the Match Lake but that doesnt mean they are not coming off…

The Speci Lake has been fishing well with Mark Snape having a fantastic session, landing 6 fish including ‘The Cow’ at a respectable 22lb as well as landing the queen of the pond ‘White Tips’ at 27lb 8oz.

If you want to book onto Winterley then head on over to the Lake Bookings Website.

No matches have taken place at Gorsty since re-opening but it has still been fishing well.

Plenty of fish have been coming off from all over the lake. Fishing close into the margin using maggots seems to be producing the bigger fish for regular anglers, and then pellet feeders up against the pads.

The staff as usual have kept the site in tip-top condition which is fantastic considering how busy it has been.
